MISSION

The Young Lawyer’s Section, of which there is no age limit to join, offers numerous opportunities to participate in activities to meet other lawyers and provide services for the community. Activities include monthly networking happy hours; interaction with the judiciary with a judicial breakfast/luncheon; Past President’s Reception; Adopt-a-School projects; Habitat for Humanity projects; serving lunches at Cafe Joshua, a local homeless shelter, and a holiday party for foster children.

In order to be a member of the Young Lawyers Section, you must be a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

HON. MEENU SASSER MENTORSHIP AWARD
To further promote mentoring and to recognize those who exemplify professionalism through mentoring, the Palm Beach County Bar Association has created the Honorable Meenu Sasser Mentoring Award through the support of the Young Lawyers Section, to honor its member and esteemed jurist, who was well-known for mentoring lawyers and judicial colleagues. This award is given each year posthumously honoring Judge Sasser during the luncheon of the annual Bench Bar Conference. Please click here to view the form.
